Our Inventory / Check In / Check Out Service will be of value to any who own property to rent, Property Management Companies and Letting Agents. We aim to have all Inventory Reports or Checks In/Out completed within two working days. All reports are provided in duplicate, with digital photographic evidence of overall condition with specific items or damage detailed.
Pre / Post Tenancy Cleaning Service to Landlords and Letting Agents and Property Developers, either as a one-off or on a regular service. We offer a Deep Clean or Quick Clean service, or would be happy to discuss individual requests. Although we do not clean ovens or carpets we are able to arrange specialists to do this if required.
