Terms & Conditions:
Our cleaning service does NOT include cleaning cookers, walls, ceilings, window dressings, and any exterior areas such as balconies, gardens or garages, please call if you require these services. Excessive amounts of pet hair may incur an extra charge.
You are required to allow the cleaners access to hot water and electrical power. If not available, cleaning may still be possible but an extra charge may be made.
The property must be vacated prior to cleaning and all fragile and breakable items must be removed.
In case of complaint we require to be notified within 24 hours after completion of the work. No claims will be entertained after this time. If the Client is dissatisfied the cleaners must be allowed to return to re-do the job at no additional charge.
The Client may cancel/ re schedule a service by giving 24hours notice. If such notice is not given Suylon Property Services reserve the right to retain any deposit paid.
Suylon Property Services reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the agreed price in the event of cancellation.
Payment is due on completion of the work, either by cheque or cash. Where the request comes through a Letting Agent the invoice will be sent to the Agent. We accept no responsibility for collection of payments from Landlords or tenants in these circumstances
Suylon Property Services supply all cleaning materials and equipment. Microfibre cloths and mops are used to minimise the amount of chemicals used in order to respect the environment. Should you specifically require environmentally friendly products only to be used, please call to discuss this.
Suylon Property Services are fully covered by Public Liability Insurance.
