Suylon Property Services have been working with Estate Agents and Letting Agents in the Plymouth area for over 12 years as "S W Cleaning" & "S W Boards".
Our work has ranged from cleaning repossessed houses prior to marketing, tidying properties taken as part exchange to office cleaning contracts and erection of “For Sale/To Let” boards.
Our Inventory / Check In/ Check Out Service will be of value any who own property to rent, property management companieis and letting agents. We aim to have all Inventory Reports or Checks In/Out completed within three working days. All reports are provided in duplicate, with digital photographic evidence of overall condition with specific items or damage detailed.
We also offer pre / post tenancy cleaning service to Landlords and Letting Agents and Property Developers, either as a one-off or on a regular service. We offer a Deep Clean or Quick Clean service, or would be happy to discuss individual requests. Although we do not clean ovens or carpets we are able to arrange this if required. |
